RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Allyourstore. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy below, designed to be fair, transparent, and compliant with consumer guidelines.

Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • Item must be returned in original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be included.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized sneakers (unless defective or incorrect).
  • Clearance or final sale items (unless defective, damaged, or incorrect).
  • Sneakers showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
  • Items missing original packaging or accessories.

Note: Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Return Method and Shipping

Return method: By mail.
Return shipping cost: Covered by us (free).
Return label: We will email you a prepaid return label.
Restocking fee: No restocking fee for any reason.
Original shipping fees: Not refundable (unless the item is defective or incorrect).

Exchange Policy

We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged sneakers upon arrival. For size or style changes, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at [email protected] with the subject line: Returns / Exchanges.
  2. Include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
  3. Once approved, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label.
  4. Attach the label and drop off the package at the carrier location shown on the label.
  5. We will process your return or exchange upon receipt and inspection.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Contact your bank—processing time may vary depending on your provider.
  • If you’ve done all this and still have not received your refund, contact us at [email protected].

Gift Returns

If the sneakers were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the gift was sent to the giver, we will issue the refund to the original purchaser.
